My name is Karen Schlemmer, and I am delighted to be your photographer, mentor, and supporter. Though I appreciate simplicity, I also embrace adventure, even if I’m often delightfully basic at heart.
I am incredibly fortunate to be the mother of an incredible son, three amazing daughters and 5 wonderful grandsons, whose fun-loving, adventurous, and strong-willed personalities inspire me daily. They drive me to be a better person and role model. I also have a supportive husband who loves me deeply and encourages my various pursuits, from home projects to career changes and beyond.
Based in Fairfield, Ohio, I offer photography services throughout the Southwestern Ohio/Northern Kentucky and Eastern Indiana areas. Sent a completed “Contact US” message and we will call you at our earliest convenience and we can chat about what type of session you are looking for, as well as any details associated with the session (location, timeframe, date, etc) OR you can call anytime and leave a detailed message on voicemail. Clients can guarantee their session dates and times upon payment of their retainer (session fee).
Currently, payments may be made by cash, Venmo or credit and debit cards
Each client is unique, and it’s my privilege to capture that individuality in their photos! From our initial consultation—where we discuss your preferred style, any personal items, props, or pets you'd like to include, as well as shoot locations and wardrobe options—to the selection and delivery of your favorite images, I take great joy in bringing your vision to life.

A considerate pricing strategy considers not only the market rates but also the unique needs of each client, ensuring that they feel they are getting quality service without breaking the bank.
